Mellersh & Harding acted on behalf of Sapien Capital Ltd. in relation to acquiring their new office premises on the part ground floor at 105 Piccadilly, London W1 comprising approximately 1,200 sq ft. 

Sapien Capital Limited is a UK-based corporate finance advisory and broking firm offering diverse capital services to its clients. 

A new lease was agreed for a term until June 2023 at a rent of £82.50 per sq ft per annum, with a rent review and mutual break option in March 2019. Two months’ rent free was granted.
