We were instructed by The Crown, jointly with Strutt and Parker, in relation to the disposal of the entire second and third floors of Samuel House, 6 St Alban’s Street, London SW1. 

After proactive marketing plan; the second floor of 2,975 sq ft was let to Morris UK Ltd. for a term until 2019 at a rent of £45.00 per sq ft, rising to £50.00 after the first two years. A rent free period of four months was agreed. 

The third floor was let to Mission Communications Ltd. was way of a new lease for a term of 5 years at a rent of £55.50 per sq ft, based on a floor area of 2,420 sq ft. Six months’ rent free was agreed.
