Specialist credit firm Selwood Asset Management, established in September 2015, appointed Mellersh & Harding to advise them to acquire a new office premises following circa 15 months in a combination of serviced offices and a short-term let in Grosvenor Place.
Following an extensive search market search, they acquired the 5th floor of 1,939 sq ft of the 15 Stratford Place, a new development by Morgan Capital.
They acquired the premises for a term of 10 years, subject to a tenant’s only option to break at the end of the 5th year of the term. The 5th floor had a roof terrace and a premium rent was sought by the landlord. The offices benefit from a new rear access point to the amenities of St Christopher’s Place and are in close proximity to the new Bond Street Cross Rail Station, which has access to Heathrow International in 21 minutes.
