St James’s Letting – 91 Jermyn Street
Mellersh & Harding have successfully let the last floor within the above building on behalf of UK Land together with our joint agents, JLL.  A new lease was agreed with Mercury International for a period of 5 years subject to a third year tenant break option at a rent in excess of £80 per sq ft.  The floor was fitted out to a Category A+ standard, including partitions and furniture.
