Following the Economist Newspapers acquisition of
approximately 26,000 sq. ft within the Adelphi, John Adam Street. We were
subsequently instructed to sublet approximately 2,766 sq. ft where we introduced
and negotiated terms for Marbal Holdings Ltd to enter into a 5 year lease at a
rent equating to £67.50 per sq. ft per annum exclusive.
