Mellersh and Harding entered into negotiations with the landlord to agree a new lease on the above property on behalf of Tate & Lyle.
A new 10 year lease was agreed, with a tenants option to break at the 6th year, at a rent of £566,456 per annum. In addition to a market rent free, the tenant secured a capped service charge and concessions relating to future dilapidations liability.
