Acting on behalf of Chestertons, Mellersh and Harding have acquired a mixed use retail and office building in a prominent position on East Hill, Wandsworth for a new Chesterton branch.
A new lease was agreed on the whole building for a term of 10 years and Chestertons plan to undertake major works to provide a new, state of the art office.
