Nice4Work has become the first new tenant at Aldwych House's
London offices since the building was taken over by Rowan Asset Management in December of last year.
According to Property Magazine International, Nice4Work has taken up 7,800 sq ft on the 8th floor, which has been converted into Aldwych Studios.
Commenting on the deal, chief executive and founder of Rowan Nick Jacobs said: "Aldwych House has enormous potential; our strategy is to undertake a major refurbishment and rebranding, and re-position Aldwych House in the market."
The organisation acquired the 163,000 sq ft Midtown office building with Taurus and GI Partners for more than £82 million. Located in the middle of the West End and the City, Aldwych House, WC2, was last renovated in 1988 after being built in 1926.
At the time of the acquisition it was 89 per cent let to 11 tenants, including the London School of Economics, Manches and Associated British Ports.
The building is located in a strategic part of Midtown, with local occupiers including Reuters, BBC, the Civil Aviation Authority and Goldman Sachs.
