London offices at Chiswick Park have been taken up by Swarovski, the jewellery brand.
The group has secured 17,000 sq ft of space at the park's Building 4, which itself comprises 164,200 sq ft of offices, CoStar UK reported.
Chiswick Park is located five miles from central London, meaning businesses that decide to locate here have easy access to clients, customers and suppliers in the capital.
Heathrow Airport is less than 30 minutes away by train and eight miles by road, so Swarovski employees will be able to liaise in person with its overseas offices and Austrian base.
Some of the other firms that have chosen
London offices at Chiswick Park include Tullow Oil - which took 134,000 sq ft on a 15-year lease in Building 9 in 2010 - as well as Starbucks Coffee Company, Singapore Airlines, the Discovery Channel and CBS News.
According to CoStar UK, Swarovski is paying more than £40 per sq ft in rent.
