Oscar joined Mellersh and Harding in September 2026 as a Graduate Surveyor following the completion of his Honours degree in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University.

Oscar is a valued member of the Office Agency and Investment department and will be working on the acquisitions and disposals of Offices in Central London.
