Paul Brewster

Paul has over 30 years' experience as a surveyor, dealing specifically with Central London offices. He was previously Director and head of department at LSH and then GVA Grimley. He formed Brewster Leech in 2004 with Julian Leech as a successful niche West End practice.

During this time, he has assisted major corporates on strategy and the acquisition / disposal of offices, along with professional work for both landlords and tenants. Of some of Paul's major clients, he has conducted worked for the BBC, Legal & General, Ignis Asset Management, Franklin Templeton, BAT, Motorola and Clarks.
